Secretary of Higher Education, Science and Technology (SENESCYT) has set its 2012scholarship program for everyone who wish to study to do so, these scholarships are offered bythe national government, the number of scholarships is unlimited, so there is no restrictions in access.

More than $ 100 million the government has provided funding for this program, the Call is open topostgraduates until 15 March this year, Universities of Excellence for Undergraduate and Postgraduate until December 31, 2012.

To apply for these scholarships must pass the test that takes the SENESCYT and be admitted tothe institution to put on the list of universities Foreign Secretary.
